SunriseFilings turns official state business filings into a clean, ready-to-use prospect list for commercial insurance agents. Every morning at 7:00 AM, subscribers receive the businesses registered the day before in their counties (Florida, Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington, DC) by email and as an Excel/CSV file. Before delivery, every filing is cleaned and scored: - Holding companies, real-estate LLCs and registered-agent virtual offices are removed (about 1 in 4 filings). - Each business is classified by industry and scored 0-100 for how likely it is to buy coverage soon (commercial address, out-of-state expansion, federal EIN, several officers, active entrepreneur). - Each lead shows the coverage it most likely needs (general liability, workers' comp, commercial auto, etc.). - "Now online" alerts flag businesses that launch a website or public contact in the following weeks. - In Florida, lists also include newly licensed contractors and weekly building permits.
