SunoMunshi is a receivables book for Indian small businesses: the money customers owe the shop, and the money the shop owes its suppliers, in one ledger. The shopkeeper records what happened by speaking one sentence in Hindi, Punjabi or English, or by typing in those three or in Hinglish. The entry is written, the balance is updated, and the result is read back for checking. If two customers have similar names it asks which one instead of guessing. A mistake is corrected by saying it, and the change is shown before anything moves. It runs inside Telegram on the phone the shop already owns, so there is nothing of ours to install. The same ledger opens on a web screen where every balance can be searched and seen at once, and a helper can be given their own login with narrower access than the owner. It does one job. It does not issue GST invoices, track stock or calculate profit, and it never contacts a customer on its own: a payment reminder is drafted for the shopkeeper to send.
