Kitchen on Hand is inventory and ordering software for independent restaurants. Your crew walks the kitchen on a phone and taps Good or Order on each item. The app builds purchase orders by vendor, checks deliveries in, prices your waste, runs inventory counts with a food-cost percentage, and costs out recipes. It works in any web browser, even in the walk-in with no signal.
