From the dashboard, restaurant owners and managers can view bookings across calendar, list, and timeline views. Create manual bookings for phone or walk-in reservations. Assign guests to specific tables. Confirm, modify, or cancel bookings with automatic email and SMS notifications to guests. Reply to customers directly through built-in two-way email messaging — their replies appear right back in the booking thread. Deposit collection and no-show protection are built in.
