Submitto is event file collection software for organizers who need slides, bios, headshots, logos and certificates from a known list of speakers, exhibitors or sponsors. The organizer shares one link per form. Each person picks their name or company from the list, types their email and uploads without creating an account. Files are renamed from the organizer's naming pattern and grouped by day and session or by company. The organizer tracks who is still missing each item, sends or schedules reminder emails, and gives the AV team or venue a no-login viewer link for previews, ZIP downloads and file flags. Pricing is one payment per event, based on list size.
