SubLien is subcontractor compliance software for general contractors. It holds the three documents that stand between a pay application and a check: the lien waiver, the certificate of insurance (ACORD 25), and the W-9, on one record per subcontractor. AI extracts each document's fields and shows the line it says it read them from, with the page number; an unreadable value stays blank rather than guessed. Your team reviews the source document and records the decision under their own name. SubLien prints the recorded limits beside the minimums you configured and names who signed off. It never issues a compliance verdict. Follow-ups run on the days you choose, a fixed number of times, and stop when a renewal arrives or a sub reports they are off the job. Subcontractors never create an account: they upload or sign from a phone through a secure link. Lien waivers cover the 12 states with statutory forms, cited by section. Works standalone over email, with no PM system required.
