PayAppHub is online pay application software built for subcontractors who bill general contractors with AIA-style G702/G703 pay applications. Upload a subcontract and PayAppHub reads it with AI, filling in the contract amount, retainage, billing contact and schedule of values for review. Each month, enter percent complete or dollars by line; retainage, stored materials, change orders and the amount due are calculated automatically, and the next pay app starts where the last one left off. The GC's own lien waiver form is filled in on screen, and the pay application, waiver and backup documents are combined into one PDF ready to send. Users can also forward approved change orders, lien waivers and new contracts to their company's PayAppHub email address. Plans start at $39.99 a month with unlimited projects and a 30-day free trial. PayAppHub is not affiliated with the American Institute of Architects.
