Subber is a substitute staffing and cover management platform that connects schools with available substitute teachers and SNAs. Schools can find available substitutes, send cover requests, manage their own substitute lists and organise bookings in one place. Substitute teachers and SNAs can find work opportunities, set their availability, join school substitute lists, receive instant notifications when cover becomes available, apply for public cover requests and manage their bookings through the Subber app. Subber replaces fragmented processes such as phone calls, text messages, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups with a faster and more organised way for schools to fill substitute cover and for substitutes to find work. The platform is designed for primary and post-primary schools and supports both substitute teachers and Special Needs Assistants (SNAs)
