SSL Clock is an SSL/TLS certificate monitor for small teams, agencies and MSPs. Add hostnames one at a time, as a pasted list or from a CSV file. SSL Clock connects to each one, reads the certificate the server actually serves and records the issuer, names, chain status and expiry date.
You get reminders 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before a certificate expires, or on your own schedule of up to 10 reminder days. An expired certificate, a hostname mismatch, a broken chain, a failed TLS handshake or a host that stops answering triggers an alert from the check that finds it. Every alert explains the likely cause and the fix in plain English, so anyone on the team can act on it.
Alerts go to email (you and up to 5 more people), Slack, Microsoft Teams, signed webhooks and PagerDuty, and each site can have its own destinations. SSL Clock also tells you when a site starts serving a different certificate, watches Certificate Transparency logs daily for new certificates issued for your hostnames, and checks domain registration expiry daily.
Every plan, including Free, includes the REST API, bulk import, CSV export, a public status page and every alert channel. Paid plans add monitors and team seats, and Pro and Business check every hour instead of every 6 hours. There is nothing to install: no agents and no private keys.
Free covers 3 hostnames with no card. Starter is $9 a month for 25, Pro is $29 a month for 150 and Business is $69 a month for 500. Annual billing gives two months free.
