It stores what the company knows (documents, work instructions, decisions and data from business systems) and answers anyone on the team instantly, citing the source of every answer. When no document has the answer, Corptex does not guess: it routes the question to the right expert with the context attached, and the expert's reply becomes company knowledge with an owner and a version.
