ExpiryTrack is a simple way for businesses to keep track of equipment inspections, servicing, certificates and renewals, without spreadsheets or wall charts.
Add each item, such as a chain hoist, forklift, fire extinguisher, van or defibrillator, and set its check type and interval. ExpiryTrack works out the next due date, or you can enter the expiry date straight from the certificate. The dashboard shows at a glance what's overdue, what's due in the next 30 days and what's in date.
Reminder emails go out 30, 14 and 7 days before each deadline, and again if something becomes overdue. A private calendar feed shows every due date in Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. When an inspection is done, record the result and upload the certificate, building a full history for each item.
Items that fail an inspection can be marked as failed, quarantined or condemned, so they aren't used by mistake. Compliance reports can be exported as PDF or CSV with your company name, ready for clients, insurers or auditors. On the Business plan, QR labels let staff scan an item on site to see its status.
ExpiryTrack was created by Stuart Howitt, who has worked in live events for more than 25 years and carries out LOLER inspections. It's designed for any business with kit to keep in date, including events, construction, hospitality, transport, warehousing, healthcare and leisure.
ExpiryTrack records dates and evidence; it does not replace inspections carried out by a competent person.
