Minimini Okul is a preschool and daycare management platform that replaces paper logs and WhatsApp groups with one secure system for directors, teachers and parents. Teachers record attendance, meals, sleep and daily activities from the mobile app in a few taps, and share photos and videos only with authorised parents. Parents follow their child's day in real time, receive announcements and daily reports, answer polls and message teachers within the school's own channel. With the parent-teacher appointment system, parents book a meeting with the class teacher, a specialist teacher or the director by choosing the person, the topic and an available slot. Directors manage classes, students, teachers and specialist/assistant teachers from the web panel, track tuition and extra fees with automatic payment reminders, publish meal menus and documents, and monitor all appointments and reports in one place. The app runs in Turkish, English, German and Russian. Pricing is per user (students and teachers); parent accounts are always free. Setup takes less than 24 hours and a 14-day free trial is available without a credit card.
