Stratum Track is QA and inspection reporting software for engineering workshops and NDT and inspection providers in mining, oil and gas, and heavy industry.
It is configured from the document you already produce. We build the technician workflow and the client report from a completed strip report, inspection report or test certificate, and your team reviews and approves the template before anything goes live.
Technicians open the job by scanning a QR code and work through it on a tablet, capturing photos, measurements, checks and sign-offs as the work happens. You set the tolerances, the acceptance criteria, the hold points and the required photos, and Stratum Track applies them as the job runs. A step will not close with a required photo missing, and until a supervisor signs a hold point the fields below it stay locked.
When the last step is closed, Stratum Track generates the branded client report, signed and time-stamped, in your own format. The QA record and the document your customer receives come out of the same job.
We use AI to draft the workflow from your report. Your team reviews it and signs it off, and only then does it go live. The measurements, the photos and the sign-offs in every report are captured by your technicians, not generated by AI.
