Stratum Shifts builds your team's weekly staff schedule from a conversation with an AI assistant. It works inside Claude as a connector listed in Claude's connector directory, and a ChatGPT version is in review.
Tell the assistant who works for you, the roles they cover, when they can work and their weekly hour limit, then say what each day needs. Ask it to fill the week: open shifts go to people who are free, hold the role and have hours left, spread fairly across the team.
Every change is checked for double bookings, time off, availability, weekly hour limits, rest between shifts, roles, uncovered shifts and overtime. Each flag names the person, the day and the shift, and you fix it in plain words.
When someone calls in sick, ask who can cover: you get everyone who fits every rule, fairest first, then who comes close and what stops them. When a shift cannot be filled, it tells you why.
Publish the week and your team gets one link that always opens the newest week. Each person can add their shifts to their phone calendar, and staff can ask for time off from their own private link. Staff do not need an account.
Pay rates and an overtime rule give hours, overtime and estimated pay for each week, for planning only; pay is never shown to staff.
Plans: Free for 1 workplace and up to 10 active staff. Team is US$12 a month or US$120 a year for up to 5 workplaces and 75 active staff each, a flat price, not per user.
