Strataverra is project management software for complex capital projects, launching first for EPCM projects, shutdowns and turnarounds. It brings schedule, cost, change, quality, risk and documents into one connected record, so a change on site shows up in the forecast straight away rather than at the next monthly report.
When you set up a project, you choose its type. The platform then configures the terminology, workflows and templates to match, so owner's teams, EPCM firms and contractors each work in terms they recognise. Schedules can be built in Strataverra or imported from Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with a preview of what will change before an update is applied. Approvals are routed by role with a full audit trail, and field teams can raise RFIs, log quality issues and record end-of-shift progress from a phone.
Verra, Strataverra's AI assistant, answers from your own project records, points to its sources, and only sees what each person is permitted to see. It proposes next steps, such as drafting a variation or an estimate, for a person to review and approve. Each organisation's data is isolated, and none of it is used to train AI models.
Strataverra was built by founders with more than 70 years across site work, project delivery and the systems project teams rely on. It is currently open for early access registration.
