Good experience
Used it for my local home environment (I have a couple of physical servers with virtualization capabilities), and it proved to be useful. I appreciate that it was based on Linux and the support for multiple hypervisors.

We needed a backup for our KVM Hypervisor Environment
The two most helpful things were:
1. The solution is based on Linux and not Windows. Because of that, their support team is well versed in everything Linux. We also looked at Veeam, but their level of Linux expertise in the support department was lacking.
2. The support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. It was obvious they knew their way around the KVM Hypervisor and knew what needed to be tuned to ensure the best backup experience.
