Outstanding Experience with a Comprehensive Knowledge Base

Once it’s set up, it’s very straightforward to use. The customer support is excellent; we usually get a response within an hour, and it’s not just a link to a knowledge base. I use it every day, and the interface feels very intuitive—I can find what I need right away, and when necessary, it’s easy to dig into more details. And now after a few version changes it is even better. Performance has increased with some bug fixes, more integrations have dropped, and the AI Robbi addition has been awesome!
