Emissa is carbon accounting software for UK businesses. It turns the bills, invoices and exports a business already has into an auditable greenhouse gas emissions ledger across Scope 1, Scope 2 (location-based and market-based) and all fifteen Scope 3 categories, using the official UK Government (Defra) conversion factors, with each annual release applied to activity dated in its own year. Emissa AI reads each document and proposes a ledger entry with its reasoning; nothing enters the ledger until a person confirms it. Every figure can be traced back to its calculation trace, factor version and source document, with a hash-chained audit trail and an audit pack for assurance providers. Disclosures are prepared in a UK SRS-aligned workbook structured on the four IFRS S1/S2 pillars (a draft-aligned template while the final FCA/DBT rules are pending), with PDF and Word reports.
