TaxiDex is cloud-based taxi and limo dispatch software for taxi, limo and chauffeur, airport transfer, NEMT, corporate shuttle and school transport fleets. Dispatchers run every booking from one console: a live operations map with driver status, an auto-dispatch rules engine and a drag-and-drop dispatch board. Bookings arrive from an embeddable web booker (with flight lookup and Apple Pay / Google Pay), recurring schedules, bulk imports, flight-aware airport pickups and a customer self-service portal. Operators publish their own branded passenger app, and drivers work from the TaxiDex driver app on Android. An auditable fare engine handles zones, zone-to-zone pricing, surge and surcharge rules, per-region tax and promo codes. The finance suite covers commission plans, driver settlements, Stripe Connect payouts, invoices, corporate billing and P&L, with card payments through Stripe and Square. Pricing is per active driver per month ($14, $11 and from $9 by fleet size, with a $100 monthly minimum), with a 14-day free trial, monthly contracts, exportable data and a published migration protocol for fleets moving from another dispatch system.
