Guests pick dates, see the calculated price, and pay with Stripe. Money goes to the host's bank account; StayHive does not hold funds. Hosts manage bookings and occupancy in one dashboard, with automated guest emails around arrival and checkout.
Property Pages are built for Google and for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Assistants can look up a stay, check dates, and send a checkout link to guests.
