StayAlign is an OKR platform for companies with 3 to 100 team members. The owner of a small company sets targets from memory and chases the team in person. There is no HR department to run the cycle, and no budget for an OKR consultant. StayAlign closes that gap. The company answers five questions and StayAlign writes a 90-day plan of objectives and Key Results (KRs). The manager edits any item. StayAlign then requests each check-in through WhatsApp, and the team member replies there to record the value. On a quantitative KR, Pace shows whether the KR holds the rhythm to reach the target before the cycle ends. At the end of the cycle, StayAlign writes the cycle review (QBR). Four named AI advisors follow the cycle: Vera on OKR method, Mira on performance and people, Stella and Aline to challenge the plan. The price is fixed per company, not per team member, so the cost does not rise as each person joins. There is no free plan. Data is hosted in Brazil.
