Using the recorder it is very easy to create a test - even complicated tests can be set up in minutes. Unlike other tools we tried, CloudQA works well with a single page (JavaScript front end) application, and seems tolerant of issues like elements taking a while to load on the page etc. The customer service is excellent. The CloudQA team is very responsive and keen to solve problems, either by helping with the tests themselves or, in one case, by adding a feature we needed (the ability to upload multiple files at once in a test). The portal to manage and run the tests is intuitive and easy-to-use.
