StatementToBooks converts text-based PDF bank statements into downloadable Excel and CSV tables for bookkeeping handoff and QuickBooks import. Each successful row includes date, description, amount, the running balance when the statement prints one, and the source page so you can check against the PDF. The free plan needs no card: daily and monthly page quotas apply; bulk conversion processes each PDF independently. Paid Starter and Business plans are listed on the site. What it does not do: OCR for scanned statements, reconcile or verify balances, categorize transactions, or connect/import into QuickBooks on your behalf. Failed conversions return a clear error and do not consume quota.
