StartCo is a Romanian digital platform that handles company formation and ongoing accounting for entrepreneurs and freelancers, entirely online. Clients can register an SRL or a PFA, open a business bank account, issue invoices and work with a dedicated accountant from a single application, without going to the Trade Register or to an accounting office in person. The service covers incorporation, monthly bookkeeping, tax filings and invoicing for Romanian legal entities. StartCo works with both first-time founders and established companies that want a simpler way to manage the accounting side of the business. All services are delivered under Romanian accounting and tax legislation, by licensed accountants assigned to each client.
