The implementation methodology…it made logical sense and allowed us to get live on the system more quickly than other implementations I have undertaken in the past. The flexibility of the system - ability to customize and access as many modules and features as we are ready to implement but enough out-of-the-box to get up an running in minimal amount of time. Customer service and responsiveness - When Contact North had a power outage, StarGarden was an amazing partner and in 3 days built the whole system again with all programming and customization. It occurred on a Friday and by Monday we were back up. I love your product and process. If something was a mess then I wouldn’t have bothered giving my time for feedback, but I have been truly impressed by StarGarden. The team has been very accommodating and very professional. I am happy to give my feedback as it is something worth investing in, to make it even better. If you ever need a recommendation, you can certainly count on me.
