Reliable Amazon Market Share Tool with Great Support, but Data Access and Flexibility Could Improve

Trustworthy source of truth for our organization for understanding market share on Amazon and using that as a proxy for the whole online picture I use it a couple times a week UI is mostly intuitive Ability to create custom segments, business units, topics is useful Ability to include/exclude specific products is useful Service representatives are very helpful and responsive, and keep us in the loop with new innovation / tool updates. They also send periodic category updates that are insightful for understanding emerging trends, new entrants to our categories, standout competitors, etc.
