I find Signature very helpful in managing bulk activities in the travel industry, like uploading contracts and suppliers, all in one place. It's an ERP system, so I don't need multiple software to run my business. I use a feature that lets me know the number of rooms and services available, so I can manage allotments effectively. This prevents overbooking since once the rooms are fully booked, no further bookings can be made for that room type. I also feel happy using Signature as it's the first product my travel company opted for, and numerous clients I've spoken to speak highly of it.

It has good integration but limited with some vendors, ease of use, intuitive, so we can use other integrated software, and obtain better results to build fast processes

It was good to integrate directly from Pipefy tool such a solution. From now on we could use this software instead of our homemade solution as an alternative to build up fast processes.
