Aparejo turns the notes from a site visit into a construction budget with technical line items («partidas»), grouped by chapter, each with its unit and quantity. It is for renovation contractors, freelancers (autónomos) and small renovation and construction companies in Spain.
Take a photo of your notebook, type the text, or upload a PDF or Excel file of measurements. Review what is marked, add your prices, and send the budget as a PDF with your logo or as an Excel file with formulas.
Aparejo does not propose prices and does not invent quantities. Anything it adds is marked in yellow. Anything it cannot read is flagged for you. Every price you enter is saved and suggested next time. It never uses other people's prices.
It works in the browser on phone and computer, with nothing to download. You add it to your home screen. Built by renovation contractors in Barcelona, with their own budgets.
