I am totally new to using an app for my coaching clients. This app has been pretty intuitive, and I've been able to catch on quickly. I love that I can do everything from workouts amd nutrition, to scheduling mindfulness activities and send chat reminders to clients. I especially love that I can schedule messages to be sent at a later time, so I can do most of the work a client needs for the whole week in one day. It's also really cool that when you program a workout, you can link YouTube videos to demonstrate proper form, or even schedule a YouTube workout, which I do for clients who can't make it to the gym. I haven't had the app for very long, but I am really excited to add more clients and start to streamline my work.

I really like the app. It works user-friendly for the coach and the client. Thanks to the app, I finish schedules faster, which are even clearer for the client. This way I keep more time for personal coaching. The chat in the app is also very convenient. Moreover, VikramAditya Viswanath helped me a lot. He explained the app well, responded quickly to questions and was always available.
