TrueView AI is a Shopify app that adds a clearly labelled AI review summary to product pages, written from public discussion of the product. It is made for Shopify stores whose products have few or no reviews yet.
It reads public reviews, forums and community discussion, and every card says how many sources it is based on. When there isn't enough public discussion, it says so and publishes nothing for that product. When the exact product isn't discussed but its type is, it can write about "products like this" instead, and those cards say so in their heading and never show stars.
Every card opens with an AI disclosure and closes with a note that it is not a verified customer review. Stars appear only when at least two published editorial or retailer reviews gave the product a score, and the card names them. The merchant sees every card as a draft first; nothing reaches the store until they publish it, and the summary can't be rewritten by hand.
By default, cards take the store's fonts and colours, and one click translates a published card into every language the store publishes. TrueView AI has been Built for Shopify since 23 October 2026. Plans: Free, Starter $4.99 a month and Growth $14.99 a month, billed through Shopify.
