Spradley runs AI-moderated interviews for employee and organisational research. An AI interviewer holds one-on-one interviews with every employee, by text or voice, and asks a follow-up question on each answer. Answers are anonymised, grouped into themes with the quotes behind them, and turned into an insight report for leadership within days; nothing is shown for any group of fewer than five people. Each leader gets a Personal Agent that answers questions with cited evidence and drafts the next step, including follow-up interviews. Integrates with HiBob, Slack, Notion and Google Drive.
