I really love the UI of Spoke Dispatch and how easy it is to use. I looked at several platforms when deciding on route optimization software and fell in love with their branding and the way they lay out their UI—our drivers think it's really easy to use as well. It helps with administrative workload burden and takes a lot of time off our shoulders instead of planning every route manually. The communication to the drivers is also streamlined, as they have access to a platform where they know exactly what they have to do. This saves a lot of time and energy. It makes it super easy to import an Excel sheet with routes, and it allows us to see important information about each stop. Automated notifications and live tracking for customers are features I really love. The initial setup was very easy, taking only five to ten minutes, and we were up and running that same day. Managing routes and deliveries with my small team is pretty straightforward thanks to Spoke Dispatch.

Features are SUPER well thought out. Everytime we face an edge case in our delivery process, we realize that Circuit has already thought of it and has baked it into features list. Seriously seriously love this thing. Dashboard is incredibly easy to use. Very easy to set up and onboard new drivers as well.
