Split Fee is a collaboration network for UK recruitment agencies. Add the candidates you can't place and the vacancies you can't fill, and the platform matches them against every other agency automatically by skills, location, salary and seniority. Candidate and client identities stay anonymised until both agencies accept a match, so you never lose control of your data. Fee splits and terms are agreed up front, and when a placement completes Split Fee generates the invoice and distributes each agency's share. Open to UK recruitment agencies, with a platform fee only on successful placements.
