SplatTour turns an ordinary smartphone video into a virtual tour of a home, apartment or vacation rental. You record one continuous video per floor with your phone's ultra-wide lens, upload it, and about two hours later you get a hosted tour: AI-generated 360° panoramas of every room, a room gallery and an automatic 2D floor plan, with a shareable link and embed code. As an option, the same video becomes a photorealistic 3D tour built with Gaussian Splatting that visitors can walk through freely, unlike the fixed points of 360 tours or Matterport. No 360 camera, LiDAR or scanner is needed (a 360-camera video also works). Tours never expire and hosting is included. Owners can add AI home staging to the panoramas, and Pro plans show the agency's own logo and colour in the viewer. There is a free iPhone and Android capture app that guides the recording. Pricing: the first tour is free with no card (first 3 minutes, as panoramas). Then a 7-day free trial, and plans from €19/month.
