Speki is the design and specification platform for Australian homes. Builders, designers and homeowners use Speki to create selections schedules and spec sheets in one place - choosing finishes, fixtures and products, seeing them visualised, and sharing one clear specification with everyone on the project. What Speki does: • AI visualisation - see selections in the room before anything is ordered • AI product matching - find products that fit the brief, the budget and the spec • Master templates - start every project from a proven selections schedule • One shared source of truth - fewer surprises on site, faster sign-off Speki began in 2018 as a set of specification templates in Google Sheets, built by architect Ben Caine for his own projects. After around 50 homes, a builder asked to buy the templates for his business. That request became Speki. The name comes from the Old Norse word for wisdom and expertise - with a nod to the "spec" at the heart of every build. Formerly Aisembl.
