Speeki has been an exceptional partner across multiple dimensions of our sustainability program. Their whistleblowing platform is intuitive and comprehensive, making it easy to roll out globally across our entire organisation. Speeki is a ESG a system, not just a spreadsheet

Speeki brings together all aspects of ESG into one integrated platform. Unlike point solutions that focus on just carbon or whistleblowing, Speeki supports policy management, risk assessments, reporting, and assurance. It feels more like a “CRM for ESG” where everything sits in one place. The dashboards and reporting tools make it easy to track progress and provide defensible data for stakeholders.

What is Speeki?

Engage® is an AI-powered platform that gives organisations a clear and consistent way to manage ESG, sustainability and compliance programmes. It simplifies the way companies build, document and assure their systems across multiple risk and compliance areas, providing a single digital environment for ongoing management and oversight. The platform includes more than 15 embedded ISO management system standards, making it easy to build and maintain systems for areas such as energy management, health and safety, environmental management, anti-bribery and corruption. Organisations can structure their programmes directly within Engage® without having to start from scratch. In addition to recognised standards, Engage® allows organisations to create and document their own internal policies, rules and guidance. Custom standards can be built within the platform, with defined requirements that can be audited directly in Engage®, providing flexibility for organisation-specific or regulatory obligations. Industry guidelines can also be incorporated into the platform. Organisations can submit relevant guidelines to be configured within Engage®, enabling consistent documentation of compliance and a more streamlined approach to audits and assurance across similar organisations. Engage® supports internal audit activities by allowing audit teams to access programmes directly within the platform. Auditors can record findings, leave notes, assign improvement tasks and manage follow-up actions using built-in tools, reducing reliance on external documents and disconnected processes. The platform enables secure file exchange between organisations and their internal or external auditors. All documentation is stored and accessed within Engage®, removing the need to send files by email and reducing the risk associated with handling confidential information across multiple parties. By operating fully digitally, Engage® eliminates the need for paper-based processes or PDF-heavy workflows. Organisations can track ESG and sustainability activities, produce and share reports securely and maintain a central record of evidence and documentation within the platform. Engage® is designed to support multiple assurance projects at the same time. Organisations can build separate programmes for areas such as health and safety, governance, environmental management or anti-corruption, while allowing multiple assurance firms to access the platform with clearly defined roles and access rights. For organisations not yet ready to seek external assurance, Engage® can still be used to build and manage ESG and sustainability systems. Areas such as whistleblowing, carbon management, biodiversity, environmental performance and health and safety can be managed within the platform, with the option to activate audit and assurance functionality at a later stage. The platform also provides tools to record non-conformities and track follow-up actions arising from audits. Tasks, tags and follow-ups can be managed centrally, helping organisations maintain visibility of outstanding issues and ensure continuous improvement over time.
