Speak to Quote is quoting software you talk to, built for UK tradespeople. On site, dictate the job the way you'd describe it to the customer — in English or any of 42 dictation languages — and the AI turns it into structured, priced line items, using your own price book so the numbers are yours, never guesses. Build the same details as a quote, an estimate or an invoice, branded with your logo, certification badges, registrations and standard terms. Your customer gets a link, not an attachment: a live document where they tick the optional extras they want, accept online, or decline with a reason. You see when it was opened, and polite follow-up reminders are available but off until you switch them on. Invoicing understands UK trade work: VAT shown properly, CIS deductions off the labour, deposits requested on acceptance and carried into the invoice, bank details on the bill, and one-click CSV export in the shape Xero and QuickBooks import. On Pro, live web pricing looks up current UK material prices, and the AI can take off quantities straight from an attached floor plan or drawing.
