DecorFlow is a software for interior design and fit-out firms in India. It covers the work from the first enquiry to the day you hand the site over. What you can do with it: Keep every enquiry in a shared pipeline. Leads from your website form, an API or a CSV import come in automatically, and you can log WhatsApp and phone enquiries yourself. Measure sites on your phone, with a feet-and-inches keypad for room perimeters and wall clearances, and attach site photos. Build the BOQ with material and labour split out, add markups by category and keep a contingency buffer. Send room-by-room, GST-ready quotations from your own rate library, and keep every revision. Raise material indents from the BOQ, send purchase orders to vendors, check deliveries on site with a mobile GRN, and match the PO, GRN and vendor bill before you pay. Invoice by milestone and record the payments clients make. Give clients their own app. They log in with an OTP on their phone and see drawings, 3D renders, site updates and what's due. Give site crews a separate Android app to check in, see their tasks and send progress photos. They never see budgets or client details.
