Sourceteller turns a business's own website and documents into an AI assistant that answers customer questions, and shows where every answer came from.
It reads your whole website, including pages built with JavaScript, plus PDFs, Word files and scanned paperwork (with OCR). When a customer asks a question, it finds the right passages and answers only from them, with a citation linking to the exact source. When your material doesn't cover the question, it says so instead of guessing, and gives the customer your own route to a person.
One knowledge base answers on every channel:

Customers can ask in any of 36 languages, including Bangla, mixed Bangla-English, Hindi, Arabic and Spanish, and get the answer in their language with the original source still cited. Phone calls support 7 spoken languages.
Real customer questions are messy, so Sourceteller cleans them up before searching: it reads through typos, follows the conversation ("and the blue one?"), and when two products or policies match, it asks which one the customer means.
Businesses stay in control. You can list topics the assistant must always decline, set daily limits on credits and call minutes, and see every question, answer and channel in a dashboard that also flags questions your material couldn't answer. Each business's data is kept separate and never used to train AI models.
Pricing is pay as you go: free starting credits, then one-off credit packs that never expire. There's no subscription and no monthly minimum.
