They also have an exclusive forum where you can ask questions about their courses specifically, you can also ask questions on Autodesk forums or even individually email the course instructor(s) if you need help. I had finished a 3D modeling a Coca Cola bottle course on autoCAD and even though I had trouble revolving a piece I got help through their forums from one of the sourcecad staff. They also have a blog with lots of helpful tips and instructions as well.

The videos are short and easy to understand throughout the length of the course. The support team is also very helpful when stuck on a given step. They provide the support documents for the course and these are very good tools. It is also easy to implement the taught procedure on real life projects.
