I love how much time Soraban saves me and how much easier it makes the tax prep process. The Collect feature is especially helpful because it keeps client questionnaires and documents organized in one place. The automated reminders are also a huge plus. I spend so much less time chasing clients for information or keeping track of who still needs to send things in. I also really like the Connect feature. It's been very smooth to use and typically gets the return about 95% complete, which saves a lot of time on manual data entry. Overall, Soraban has made the tax prep process much more efficient and organized, giving me more time to focus on reviewing returns and helping clients with tax planning.

I love that Soraban brings everything together in one platform—gathering information, sending information, and communicating with clients. Before Soraban, I hadn’t seen all of those pieces combined in one place.

I like how Soraban is always working to improve their process and make things easier for both us and the client.
