Sonic EMS is event and venue management software for theatres, arts centres, concert halls and multi-space venues. It brings bookings, spaces, staff and paperwork together in one web-based system, so programming, technical, front of house and finance teams all work from the same up-to-date information. Each event holds its dates, sub-events, spaces, contacts, status, notes and files. A colour-coded calendar and Plan View show every space, with clashes flagged as bookings are made. Staff rotas are built by week and published with automatic notifications. Contracts are generated from templates and signed online, and quotes, invoices, event budgets and box-office settlements are tracked against each show. Sonic EMS also includes department show reports, task checklists with an event health score, automated workflows, a custom report builder, HR and leave management, an asset register, venue hire enquiry websites, digital signage wallboards, ticketing integrations and a REST API.
