I really appreciate how Sonder being app-based is modern and highly convenient. It's so easy to set up—just download the app, and off you go. I like the ability to control what alerts I get as alerts for the whole country aren't relevant to me. The privacy it ensures is another aspect I enjoy. I also find it incredibly valuable to have an outlet to discuss medical or mental health issues outside of work, which is a game-changer for me. Plus, the fact that a Nurse on the chat actually called and arranged for an ambulance for my partner when he was sick was really impressive.
