Sonaopus is a context-layering tool that eliminates the need to re-explain your situation to AI every time you need something written. You enter the details of your situation once — case facts, an executive's preferences, a project's brief, a listing's context, a role's requirements and Sonaopus hands that information to whichever AI you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini), so what comes back is specific to your actual work instead of generic.
It's structured stage by stage, by profession, across five verticals: HR Managers, Executive Assistants, Project Managers, Real Estate Agents, and Recruiters. Each profession has its own sequence of stages covering the recurring documents and communications that role produces — for example, HR runs from Weekly Priority Planner through Job Adverts, HR Policies, Offer Letters and Contracts, Employee Relations Case Documents, Internal HR Communications, and HR Reports.
Pricing: free to try (the first three stages, capped generations, no signup friction), then a one-time purchase for full access — no subscription.
What it doesn't do: Sonaopus never sends, submits, or acts on anything automatically. Every output is a document or recommendation the user reviews, edits, and decides on themselves. It covers the writing and communication layer of these roles, not the entire job.
