Sombra is AI-powered documentation software that transforms client meeting recordings and transcripts into structured file notes for financial advisers. It generates detailed notes from audio or text, aligning content with standard advice documentation formats. Key features include drafting notes with client objectives and action items, identifying missing information or compliance issues, and linking follow-up tasks to meetings for organized tracking. Specializing in financial advice documentation, Sombra learns from adviser edits to adapt to firm-specific writing styles. Its three-step workflow—uploading recordings or transcripts, reviewing drafts, and approving or editing content—ensures continuous improvement while safeguarding data security. Sombra integrates with broader platforms, connecting tools like task management and client directories for seamless access to meeting details.
