Talendly gives manufacturers a clear view of skills, gaps, and training needs without spreadsheets or guesswork. Generate skills matrices from production documentation or build them manually. Define what a shift or job requires, and Talendly recommends the best-matched employees from verified skill profiles. Identify where skills are missing and what that means for production, planning, and shift coverage, then create training plans with clear goals and schedules. Track certification validity and upcoming expirations at a glance, and quickly show the evidence needed for IATF 16949 or ISO audits. An AI assistant turns existing documents into structured skill profiles and matrices and answers questions about who can do what on a given shift. Cloud-based, with no installation or maintenance. Available in Slovak, Czech, and English. From €650/year; first month free, no credit card required. Billed annually.
