SolidSoft GC is cloud-based condominium management software for property management companies and self-managed buildings, developed since 2014 and used to manage more than 100,000 units in Portugal.
It brings together SNC-based accounting and treasury with bank statement import and reconciliation, MB WAY, Multibanco and Payshop payments with automatic receipts, payment notices and receipts sent automatically by email, budgets and fees calculated by ownership share (permilagem), and financial reports ready for the general meeting.
Meetings are prepared in the same software: notice and agenda, attendance and proxies, quorum and votes weighted by ownership share, in-person, online or hybrid meetings with voting in the resident portal, and minutes generated from templates.
Residents and technicians have their own portal and app to check balances, documents and receipts and to report issues. It also includes a self-scheduling agenda, a Word add-in, customisable reports, two-factor authentication and a dedicated database per customer.
AI is included in every plan (150 actions per month): it reviews emails, describes issues from photos, helps prepare budgets and explains financial reports in plain language.
