Sokndall is a credentialing and payer enrollment tracker for small practices, solo clinicians and billing companies.
It keeps two things in one place:
- Every credential per provider and its expiration: state license, DEA, controlled substance registration, malpractice, board certification, CAQH re-attestation (every 120 days), Medicare and Medicaid revalidation.
- The status of every enrollment application with every payer, with its follow-up history.
A weekly digest and expiration alerts go out by email before anything lapses, so a payer record doesn't silently fall out of date and start bouncing claims.
What it does not do: it does not store patient data (no PHI), it does not connect to CAQH or payer portals, and it does not do primary source verification. It organizes the person doing the credentialing work; it does not do the work for them.
