Honestly, the biggest win for us has been going fully contactless. People can do everything on their own from inspection of damage, to collecting keys, without waiting on someone at the counter. That’s let us keep things running late at night without paying extra staff, and it’s cut down on the morning rush headaches too. Another thing I really appreciate is not being nickel-and-dimed for every little feature. What we used to pay extra for elsewhere is just included, which made the switch a no brainer. Support is amazing, I don’t mean “we’ll get back to you next week.” I mean you send a request and they respond, fix it, or even roll out an update if that’s what it takes. We haven’t had a single bit of feedback that’s been brushed off. It feels like they really care about how we use the system, and that makes a huge difference.
