Sodapp is delivery and route management software for distributors that serve the same customers on a recurring basis. What sets it apart is where the process starts. Customers order through the WhatsApp number they already use, writing in plain language. They install no app and create no account, so adoption never depends on getting them to take up new software. An AI assistant reads the message and files the order without manual entry. Sodapp then builds an optimized route and sends it to the driver app, which records what was loaded, what was delivered, what was collected and which returnable containers came back. Two modes: full delivery, with routing and dispatch; or orders only, for businesses without their own logistics. The admin panel covers customer history, reorder patterns, catalogue, in-vehicle inventory, returnables, invoicing and reporting. Typical users handle 100 to 1,000 orders a month: water and beverage distributors, dairy rounds and bakeries. Setup takes 24h.
